Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi literasi dan numerasi sebagai keterampilan dasar yang mendukung keberhasilan akademis siswa. Meskipun manajemen strategis di sekolah dapat memperkuat program tersebut, tantangan seperti kurangnya pelatihan guru, keterbatasan anggaran, dan fasilitas yang memadai masih menghambat efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen strategi dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa melalui studi pustaka dan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka untuk menganalisis peran manajemen strategi dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi, yang meliputi survei pustaka dan studi literatur terhadap berbagai sumber relevan seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen strategi dalam pendidikan dapat meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa melalui perencanaan strategis yang melibatkan analisis situasi, penetapan tujuan, dan implementasi program yang inovatif. Selain itu, strategi yang meliputi pengembangan profesional guru, penyesuaian kurikulum, integrasi literasi dan numerasi, serta keterlibatan orang tua terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat keterampilan dasar siswa.
